A Story 11 Years in the Making.
Eleven years?! To be fair, we are just friends who didn't set out to open a brewery. We just like beer enough that the decision was made to brew it. Time marched on and the chase for excellence continued. Every opportunity to learn more about the Craft was taken as the pursuit of quality continued.
Our Beer
It's a short list. Let me tell you, balancing "quality over quantity" with "something for everyone" isn't easy.
Back to the basics!
This Crafties Gold Medal winner is a well-balanced ale very mildly hopped with El Dorado and Azacca. Boasting a manageable 4% ABV makes it a beer for people who enjoy drinking beer.
